The eleven clusters of DAMAC Lagoons
The community sits in Dubailand and is built around swimmable lagoons. Rather than release it all at once, DAMAC brought the clusters out in waves — which is why one part of the community is finished and occupied while another is still a construction site.
That matters more than it sounds. The cluster decides your architecture, your unit types, your handover date and, in practice, your price. Two houses with the same bedroom count in different clusters are not the same purchase.
Below is every cluster, with what it is themed on and where it stands. Open any one for the detail.
